Sponge Rolls

Delicious Sponge Rolls
Ingredients:
  • 6 egg yolks and 3 egg whites
  • 700 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of milk powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pandan flavor
  • 50 grams of margarine
  • 15 grams of room butter
  •  grated cheese to taste
  •  enough butter cream
Instructions:
  1. mix flour with milk powder and baking powder
  2. Beat the eggs with sugar and baking soda until it expands
  3. add the pandan flavor
  4. add liquid margarine
  5. add flour that has been mixed and sifted little by little then stirred evenly
  6. pour the mixture into a 22x26 baking sheet that has been smeared with margarine and coated with baking paper
  7. oven with a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes until done
  8. After cooking, use a knife to remove the sponge that is still attached to the pan
  9. prepare baking paper to flip the loose ball of baking paper sticking then roll the ball
  10. open the roll again then spread the butter cream and sprinkle with cheese
  11. roll it back while compacting and let it cool
  12. after it's cold, open it and then cut both ends then give toppings according to taste
  13. roll rolls are ready to be served
